We will pay you referral fees based on the unique clicks that purchase, using special links on your site to ours which we will provide. For each unique purchase, you will receive 25%. You may not use the links on your site for your own use or for resale or commercial use of any kind. Customers who make use of this Program will be deemed customers of GLE, INC. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. We will pay your referral fees on a monthly basis. On approximately the first of the month, providing your amount due is over $50.00 USD, you will be mailed a check. If your amount due is under the minimum $50.00 your balance will be transferred unto next months payment.
We grant you a nonexclusive, revocable right to use graphic images and text for which we grant express permission, solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a Program participant and to assist in generating unique clicks back to our site.
The terms of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance of this Program and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause or advanced notice. WE MAY MODIFY ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, AT ANY TIME AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, WITHOUT NOTICE. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT.
STRICT RULES FOR PLACEMENT
Please... No Cheating! Anyone caught cheating the system even 1 time will be PERMANENTLY terminated, no matter WHO you are.
1. You must abide by all local, state, federal, and fda laws in terms of presenting our products, and your website must also comply with all laws pertaining to it's content as well as any of our product representation.
2. You can use all the affiliate links you want, and make as many websites to promote the program as you desire. We have OVER 100 product picture direct links, etc for you to build a virtual store. You can use our website information.
3. You
CANNOT call the products drug alternatives, or herbal drugs. This means you cannot say "marijuana alternative". If you have a website with information about anything, that is fine, but you cannot market our products as an alternative to anything illegal. You cannot call any of our products drug alternatives, legal highs, herbal highs, etc. You cannot market the product as any type of legal alternative to a illegal street drug or other commonly known drug names or slang terms. You can use any descriptions found on our website, and may modify the text linksas long as you stay within our guidelines. You cannot make any unproven claims to the effects of our products. This is FDA Law and we are very strict in following their guidelines.
4. If you are caught cheating, you are banned from our program, permanently. We have over 2000 active affiliates, so please, be fair.
5. Sending Email to fully OPTED in email address is fine, and allowed, however, We do not TOLERATE spam mail, AT ALL. If you are caught using SPAM mail, you will be immediately TERMINATED.
